Quality and Reliability
It is not uncommon to hear the terms Quality and Reliability used interchangeably when describing the value of a product. For Intelepower these words have two very different connotations.

Quality
Quality has become a liberally used term by various companies to generally describe the value of products. For Intelepower the term Quality relates to the industry processes employed in the creation of the product. These processes set the minimum expectation that should be anticipated of a system when the processes are correctly applied. Intelepower system’s functional quality is driven from relevant Australian and International standards. The quality of the documentation and design processes associated with Intelepower is directly linked to CenturyYuasa’s ISO9001:2000 accredited management system for the design, manufacture, support and installation of power solutions to industry.

Reliability
Core to Intelepower is its reliability of performance. That is, the ability of the system to function to a stated performance under specified conditions for a specified period of time. For Intelepower this promise comes from knowing what will work in different environments. This knowledge has been gained from the years of experience operating with industrial applications and the practical knowledge of how to appropriately integrate technology. These competencies deliver a design to that meets a calculated level of reliability and availability when it comes to supplying back-up power to supporting and protecting core industrial operations and assets.
